DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out through the Nova Poshta delivery service, which can be delivered to a branch or address.

Shipping by Nova Poshta within 1-2 days after the order.

The cost of delivery is calculated individually, according to the declared cost, which corresponds to the actual amount of the order according to the tariffs of the delivery service, and is paid by the buyer when receiving the order at the branch.

Free delivery to a branch or post office in Ukraine is available for orders over UAH 3,500 with full prepayment.

Payment for orders can be made in two ways:

• using the FONDY online payment system on our website;
• when receiving goods at the Nova Poshta branch by cash payment.


When paying by cash on delivery at the Nova Poshta branch, a commission of UAH 20 plus 2% of the order amount is added.
The cost of delivery is determined according to Nova Poshta tariffs.
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to the courier or refuse to receive it at the Nova Poshta branch without additional payment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We can exchange and return the product within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product (provided that the product appearance and all tags are preserved).
New goods are subject to return at the Nova Poshta branch during inspection or after 14 days from the moment of purchase, provided there are no signs of wear.

If you picked up the product at the Nova Poshta branch, or received it from a courier, or paid for the product online and decided to return the product, please write to us on instagram @firma.kyiv to make a return.

The funds paid for the goods will be returned to you depending on the selected payment method:
- for goods paid online — the refund period is up to 5 working days, from the moment of rejection at the Nova Poshta branch;
- for goods paid for at the Nova Poshta branch — funds are returned after the seller receives the goods.

The cost of exchange and return of the product is paid by the buyer (or free return with the service of the new mail "easy return")
How to use the service:
The "Easy return" service can be ordered by the Buyer in the mobile application or in the online cabinet on the Nova Poshta website:

- Enter the "My Shipments" section and select the received parcel to be returned.
- In the "Manage the package" line, select the "Easy return" service, specify the reason for returning the product from the proposed list.
- Send the package to the seller based on the created invoice.
- Follow the status of the shipment in the mobile application.
